The Fontanaccio is IGT Tuscan Red Wine, 90% Sangiovese and 10% other red grape varieties, which give to the product a good drinkability and an aromatic profile of red fruit and sweet spices.

Fragrances: Large and persistent fragrances with hints of plum and small red
berries

Taste: articulate, soft and balanced with a long lingering finish
Pairings: it accompanies pleasantly all types of dishes

Soil type: Clay-Limestone rich in skeleton
Cultivation system: spurred cordon and Guyot systems

Fermentation period: 10/12 days
Malolactic fermentation: natural in the period from November to December
